❔ WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE FOR WITHDRAWAL?
Currently, the only way to withdraw your funds is by transferring them to your Player Agent via the Cashier tab in our Game client. Regular payment methods (bank transfer, credit/debit cards, e-wallets etc.) are not available at this time.
❔ WHERE IS MY WITHDRAWAL/OUTGOING TRANSFER?
Please note that once the funds are sent to your Player Agent, it is up to you and the Agency to arrange further transfers to your personal payment methods.
❔ I HAVE SENT DOCUMENTS BUT MY OUTGOING TRANSFER IS STILL PENDING?
We typically review your documents within 72 hours. However, please note that delays may occur during busy periods. Your transfer request will be handled as soon as your documents are approved.
❔ HOW DO I CANCEL AN OUTGOING TRANSFER?
Once the transfer request is pending to be processed, you are no longer able to cancel it by yourself. Please contact us via accountsecurity@poker8.io and we might cancel pending transfer for you, if still possible.
❔ CAN I REQUEST MORE THAN ONE TRANSFER OUT AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes, you can request another transfer out, while the previous one is still pending for approval.
❔ HOW CAN I REQUEST A TRANSFER TO MY PLAYER AGENT?
- Login to your Poker8 account.
- Click the ‘Cashier’ button on the top right side.
- In the cashier section, you will see a tab called ‘Transfer’:
- Here you can choose between a Player-to-Player transfer to stake another player, or a transfer to your Agent.
- Your available amount to transfer will be displayed in USD. Enter the desired amount within the available limit and hit the ‘Transfer’ button.
- Once that is done, your transfer request will be sent for processing and to undergo all the necessary security checks.
