We have categorized the types of documents you need to provide at the different stages of verification into sections. In each section, you will find the types and examples of acceptable documents.
Please note, the examples provided are not exhaustive - they are only used to show the types of documents that are acceptable. If your document does not match the example because it is from a different country, just follow our general document guidelines.

☝️ General Document Guidelines
- Documents must not be cropped - all four corners need to be visible.
- All requested information needs to be clearly visible - ensure there are no glares on the document or blurs on the details.
- The details on the document must match the details on your account.
- The document needs to be valid (not expired).
- Proof of address must be no older than 90 days.
- Any required signatures must be present (for example, signature on a passport or the back of a credit card).
- Documents must be in color; black-and-white copies of colored documents are not accepted.
- Bank statements or other payment statements should be in PDF format. Screenshots are not accepted.
- We can only accept documents in the following formats: JPG, PNG, or PDF.
General Verification Documents

| A recent utility bill |
Example of an electricity bill from Ireland:
A copy of a bill (water bill, electricity bill, gas bill, council tax bill or court summons). It must not be older than 3 months and your name, address, and date of issue should be seen. |
| Correspondence from a central or local government authority, department, or agency |
Example of a tax credit certificate from Ireland: |
| A recent statement or reference letter issued by a recognized credit institution/ a recent bank statement |
Example of a bank statement from Scotland: The document must not be older than 3 months, and your name, address, and date of issue should be seen. Please note that we can only accept a picture of the genuine letter or a PDF file. |
