How can I sign up?

We are excited to have you join our Poker8 players community! 👋

At the moment, we are only accepting new sign-ups via affiliates, so to start playing, you need to have an agent link (this may be received directly from an agent or if posted somewhere on a forum, etc.).

The agent link will take you to a browser sign-up page where you will be prompted to create an account.

To create your account, follow these simple steps:

• Fill in your Country of Residence if this has not been auto-filled.

• Enter a unique username, password, and date of birth. Please note that the username you choose will be visible to other players and cannot be changed in the future, so choose carefully. Passwords must be between 8 and 64 characters long and include at least 3 of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, and/or a symbol.

• Click 'Next' to fill in the rest of your personal details:

  
• Enter your residential information and your email. A verification code will be sent to this email address.
  
• Check your inbox and enter the code here (you may need to check your spam folder as well).
• Agree to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and confirm that you are legally of age to play.
  
• Optionally, you can choose to receive promotional material and communications by ticking the box. You can change this preference at any time from your account settings.
• Click 'Create Account' to complete the sign-up process:

And that's it - you have a Poker8 account! Now you will be automatically taken to the Game Client Download page.

Selecting your username

Here are a few tips for picking a username displayed at the tables:

• We advise that usernames shouldn't include your surname or personally identifying information.
• Everyone at the tables can see this information, so unless you want everyone to know who you are, we recommend you keep your personal information private.
• Usernames can't contain profanity, violence, vulgarity, drugs and alcohol references, advertisements, or hate speech directed at individual people or groups.
• We advise using the standard Latin alphabet (A-Z) or numbers as symbols can get tricky. Valid characters are:
  A-Z
  a-z
  0-9
  *!#%&+-_=.
• Usernames should not contain prohibited symbols related to political ideologies or hate symbols.
• Usernames should not reference another person than yourself.
• Try to avoid mention of Covid-19 or other pandemic/natural disasters as Poker8 is a place to have fun.
• Gibberish usernames are not allowed. Keep in mind, this is a username you want to be able to remember when you're logging in.
