How do I change the name on my account?

To change the name on your account, first or last, you'll need to reach out to us via accountsecurity@poker8.io

📋 What you’ll need:

• Updated personal identity document and selfie holding the ID (applicable if there is an error in the name or you've already updated the document to your new details)
• Marriage certificate (applicable for change of surname)
• Deed poll (or relevant government documentation) for a change of first or last name

Submitting the Request

1. Description - Please include the following in your email:
   • Old Name
   • New Name required
   • Is it a spelling error or complete name change?
   • Username
2. Add attachment(s) for the relevant documents mentioned above and send it via accountsecurity@poker8.io 📧
