How do I change my address?

Moving location can be stressful for anyone, so we hope this guide can help make this as seamless as possible.

• Once logged into the Poker8 Game client, click your Avatar or the settings icon located in the top right.

Once at this screen, you’ll see most of the options are grayed out. If they are available to edit, it might mean you need to finish your account verification. The good news is that you can give your new address when completing this process!

If the options aren't available for editing, to change your address, we’ll need a utility bill/bank statement with your full name and new address dated in the last 3 months submitted via accountsecurity@poker8.io 📧

NOTE: changes of address, username and first and last names need to come through to us via accountsecurity@poker8.io
