Celebrate your wins and share your woes with other players using our Table Chat feature.
đź’¬ How to use Table Chat
- Finish registration; you need to be sat at a table to chat;
- Open a table and you’ll see the table chat icon at the bottom. You won’t see any messages until you’ve sat down, so you can’t use it to check out the action at a table if you’re not playing;
- Once you’ve taken a seat to chat to other players at the table, just type your message in given field and press enter (you can also click the Send button);
- Just like that, you’re part of the conversation.
Chat Bubble
Player’s chat is also broadcast on the table inside a bubble:
This will notify all the seated players and observers about any new chat from the players. The chat bubble would be visible on the sender’s pod for a couple of seconds only if your player’s chat is turned ON and the sender is not in your mute list.
Table Etiquette
At Poker8, we want all our players to enjoy poker in a respectful and enjoyable environment. We, therefore, do not allow any offensive or vulgar language at our tables. For security reasons, non-English chat is also not allowed. You can find out more: Table Etiquette. To report a table chat violation, please reach out to us with the details.
