T$ / Tournament $

T$ (or Tournament $) is a Poker8 internal currency that you can use to buy in any of our Multi-table or Sit & Go tournaments.

Your T$ balance will be displayed in the top right corner in the Main lobby:

1 T$ is equal to 1 USD. Please note that you cannot withdraw your T$ balance, transfer it to other players or convert it to cash.

💰 How can I receive T$?

You can receive T$ in special tournaments (several freerolls and satellites) running in the Game Client. Check the tournament lobby to know if a game awards prizes in T$.

You’ll also get T$ in cases where you qualify for a tournament that you have already qualified for (for example, in case of winning multiple satellites).

💰 How can I use T$?

When you hit the ‘Register’ button to participate in a game, you’ll see the pop-up displaying both your cash and T$ balances:

Your T$ will be used first, if you have it available. If the T$ balance is insufficient, then your real money balance will be used to build up the missing amount.
