I want to close my account

We understand there may be many reasons you want to close your account. When you want to close your account as you feel gambling is negatively affecting you, we’d suggest self-excluding, you can find out more information on this in our website here.

Of course, you may simply want to close your account as you are no longer interested in playing on Poker8. In cases such as this, you can reach out to us via support@poker8.io 📧

Submitting a Request

1. Subject: I no longer want to play with Poker8: Close my account
2. Description: Please include the following
   • Reason for account closure? Note: We’d like to make Poker8 a place for players, so if there’s any feedback you’d like to pass on that might make you stay, we’re happy to be of help.
   • Username
   • Are you registered for any tournaments? (to close your account, we will need to unregister you)

We action most requests within 24 hours.
